Using Vinterest

By using this website or the Vinterest app you agree to these terms. You must be of legal drinking age where you live. Please drink responsibly.

The beta

The beta is an early version. It may change, break or be switched off, and features may come and go. Your wines are stored on your device, so keep a backup (Profile, then Backup) or sign in to have one made for you. We can't promise that data in a beta will never be lost.

What Vinterest tells you

Matches, wine details, prices and answers come from your own scores, from an AI reading the label, and from estimates. They can be wrong, and a price shown may differ from the shop's. They're guidance for choosing a bottle, not professional advice. A match is a prediction of your score, not a promise you'll enjoy a wine.

Your content

Your scores, notes and wines are yours. You give us permission to store and process them to run the app for you, as described in the privacy notice.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no automated scraping, attempts to break or overload it, or using it to break the law.

Our rights

Vinterest, its name, logo and software belong to us [or our licensors]. These terms don't give you ownership of any of it.

Liability

The website and the beta are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses arising from using them. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law. [Jurisdiction-specific wording goes here.]
